During the East African campaign in the early part of WWII, an allied outpost in the north of Kenya on the Ethiopian border is waiting for a special convoy. When it arrives, it becomes obvious that it is made of two teams that have wireless, which is to be broadcast into enemy territory to send misleading messages, intended to fool the Italians.
